Under the direction of Director of Engineering, the Senior Project Engineer is based at our Ripon, CA facility, is responsible for planning, organizing and directing packaging engineering projects along with providing technical assistance to the Director of Engineering. In addition, plans and directs the engineering activities within the engineering department to meet operations key performance objectives. Mentor for junior engineers in the development of their professional skills. Desired experience to include project management, process improvement, manufacturing design, industrial control system design, programming, and commissioning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Experience with bottling line/packaging line design.
Mechanical, electrical and process engineering support for the company
Develops, coaches and mentors staff
Methodical troubleshooting skills with extensive hands-on experience
Strong working knowledge of industrial control system design including instrumentation, data communications, motor controls, and industrial electrical wiring practices required
Participates in engineering department and interdepartmental planning and works cross-functionally to improve processes within the organization and operations
Ensures GMP, safety and quality of projects
Implement concepts in Design Reliability to support operations
Prepares capital engineering plans for operations as directed
Prepares, maintains and assures adherence to budgets and schedules for capital projects
Able to observe, collect, analyze, and summarizing information and trends that aide in the reliability and optimization of equipment and processes
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
Coordinates the creation, development, design, and improvement of the organization’s products and processes in conformance with established business strategies. Helps select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new product, processes or improvements of existing ones

BS in Engineering with 10+ years prior engineering experience required in a consumer goods manufacturing environment to include experience in Control Systems
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MSOffice and JDE preferred
Excellent trouble-shooting skills, an aptitude for working with production equipment, hardware and software
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex engineering document.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquires or complaints

The Houston Education Research Consortium (HERC) is a research-practice partnership between Rice University and several Houston-area school districts. HERC aims to improve the connection between education research and decision-making, with the ultimate goal of closing socioeconomic gaps in educational achievement and attainment in Houston.
The Data Analyst, with guidance from the Associate Director of Research Operations, will perform a variety of tasks related to the processing and maintenance of large restricted education datasets for use in analysis in conjunction with academic and community based research projects. Tasks include acquiring, cataloguing, structuring, and cleaning datasets; creating analysis-ready datasets with documentation; publishing and maintaining versions of finalized datasets; responding to other programming requests.
The Data Analyst will work closely with the HERC research team, the Urban Data Platform team at the Kinder Institute for Urban Research, as well as the HERC Director and Associate Directors.

If selected for this position, you will be the emergency physician evaluating and treating patients presenting for acute concerns in the Emergency Department. The majority of patients present for medical and psychiatric issues and minor trauma. You will be responsible for the initial evaluation (including the ordering of diagnostic tests), stabilization, and treatment (including consulting) of all patients presenting. The patient population includes adults and geriatric veterans. Shifts include day, evening, night, weekend, and holidays and range from 8 to 12 hours; you should expect to provide approximately 40 hours per week.

· Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
· Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Have completed a residency in Emergency Medicine (preferred). Those having completed a residency in internal medicine or family medicine may be considered if they possess significant emergency medicine experience.
Proof of current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training at the time of credentialing and privileging and re-privileging will be required.
